Funky Flower Sisters Laura & Jennifer

Funky Flower sisters Laura & Jennifer are out. I had an idea the other day of what it would look like if you did all 24 Funky Flowers over 1 linen thread on 28ct with the continental stitch and filled in each of the backgrounds with a differnt over dyed floss. OH SOOO COOL It would be so bright and cheery or you could color coordinate it with just one color sceme for the background  but different shades. I wish I had time!!!!!
Well just telling you that I am still out here but I need to stitch more of my whole 24 piece. Or I might change it????

Well, I finished 'Eva' this morning, so I'll try again to post a picture.

I'm enjoying everyone's flowers! They're all so lovely.

I finished my 2nd flower. So now I have Anabelle & Victoria finished. I started on 'Eva' a few nights ago.
I hope these pictures turns out ok.

Finally Done

I managed to get the missing thread I needed and finally finished my first flower.

I'm now missing one of the colours for the border, but will get that done and start on flower 2.

Hi everybody! I just got my favored layouts yesterday and have the chart for Beatrice which I will start today. By Funky Friday I should have something to show. I loved watching these flowers grow on Donna's blog and it was never a matter of if I stitch them, but rather, when. When is now with this group.
